OK On Can.day I Got A Concussion,I'm A Epileptic,Telus Had

OK on can.day I got a concussion,I'm a epileptic,Telus had somehow blocked my phone line not disconnected it ,you can still call 911,I have a fair med. background.Knew the protocols for concussion, they however depended on the telephone so I could be awakened every 2-3hrs.I was unsoncuss to near 30hrs,bloody and stank when a cop came to see if was OK.Angry he was me I thought he was joking. EIGHT DAYS FOR TELUS " to reactivate my phone.the stress has been more than when I took chem. for cancer.
I've had three seizures since,they have been well under control by meds. Last night was hell,I woke in the night ,I was breathing hard,my eyes ached from being open,strange huh, I was in the midst of a full blown panic attack, my Neurologist Dr. Brad Stewart is on holiday
Is there anything l can do myself ?

PS Telus offered me a whole free month for the inconvenience, I TOLD THEM TO"FUCK. OFF"
