OK So I Had A Lump Appear On My Right

OK so I had a lump appear on my right groin area approximately where the lymph nodes are located last Thursday within a time period of about 5 hours. It is very tender and immovable and has increased in size within the past few days. The pain that I am experiencing has also seemed to increased getting deeper and it is seeming to spread feeling dull and achy. My lower back and hips have also started to ache within the past few days and today I started having a bloody dark granular discharge that is lighter than normal minstruation. I should also note that I have a history of ovarian cyst and had skyla implanted this past November. I already have an appointment with my gyno next Wednesday but the bloody discharge has panicked me because it is not time for my menstrual cycle and it is nothing like it. I'm am wondering if this is something that I should seek medical attention for sooner?
