OK So I Have 2 Questions, 1st, I Am Currently

OK so I have 2 questions, 1st, I am currently taking metronidazole 500mg for urinary tract infection, Will this medication interfere with a urine drug screen and it show up positive?? The test is a urine 7way.. specifically for methamphetamine?? And I take a bunch of meds will a combination of any of them and the metronidazole make the drug screen show up positive?? Here is a list of meds I'm taking on top of the metronidazole
Albuterol, amlodipine, atorvastatin.gabapentin, glipiside, humalog, hydroxyzine pamoate, Lantus, jardiance, Vyvanse 30mg, methocarbamol, Olympic, pioglitazone, risperidone, venlafaxine, ibuprofen and oxycodone
I know the Vyvanse is a amphetamine and it does show up on the urine drug screen but last year I ended up in jail over probation testing me and screen was positive for amphetamine..and methamphetamine..
