OK So I Went To A Dance And The Last

OK so I went to a dance and the last song was pop, lock, and drop it. And when it said drop it I went into a very low squat position. And immediately after The song was over I could barely walk, right above my left knee hurts very badly. I have taken ibuprofen and ice stick what more can I do?
