OK, Starting In August 2016, Up To 5 Days Ago

OK, starting in August 2016, up to 5 days ago in October ... I have falled out of bed 5 times because of a dream of arguing with someone, and then I fell standing up next to my bed .. I thought I was getting up to go to the bathroom .. and had another dream episode of leaving and this time I fell on my face. I look like a raccoon. Yesterday, I started hearing noises .. don't know if it is in my head or not .. of a sound like a drop of water hitting a metal roof, if you can imagine that. Could the fall have done something to my brain. I have not told my doctor about it.
