OK This Is A Little Long. I'm An Athlete On

OK this is a little long. I'm an athlete on the us national team in the obscure sport of skeleton. This season I have had some weird issues so I'll start at the beginning. During my summer training I started having some mild fatigue issues. Usually I'd hit a round of golf after each session, but I began to lack the energy and by the end of the summer I was in bed when I wasn't training.
I thought I just over trained, so I dialed back the volume and I got a little better. However, as the season progressed fatigue worsened and each light training session and competition was followed by a joint or muscle injury. Now I can barely warm up and lost my ability to change direction quickly, which is a serious problem.
A few other things have been going on that I ignored, but now seem connected. First, my teammates have been commenting on the poop stains I leave in the bowl. Which I've been told is due to poor liver function. Second, is my vision. A teammate noticed I've been squinting a lot while driving. Now I'm much more aware that I'm having more trouble seeing things far away.
At first people said I'm just getting old and it's time to retire, but the rate I'm deteriorating doesn't seem right. Now that my performance is suffering I'm starting to think there is a real problem. I have an appointment with the team doctor in two weeks, but I decided to check here for some peace of mind. Any idea what's going on?
