OK Well A Few Weeks Ago I Had Gotten A

OK well a few weeks ago I had gotten a bump around my anal area and my friend said it was a hemorrhoid but as I was treating hemorrhoid I had noticed a bump between my Botox and a few days went by the bumps became open sores and also when I go to the bathroom it's very uncomfortable for me, I looked it up and I think I might have hpv (general warts) please help
