OK, Why Would I Take This Medication? I Already Have

OK, why would I take this medication? I already have dry eye& dry skin. I have gastroenteritis and esophagitis. It can iregulate me one way or another...I had major surgery in February; no gallbladder but had over60 stones in my bile duct...almost died and have recently had an upper endoscope. I really do not think I have irritable bowel syndrome. ?

Oh...Pay more doctors...LOL...thanks!
