OK.....2 Days Ago I Developed A Itching Burning And Soreness

OK.....2 days ago i developed a itching burning and soreness in a area the size of a quarter on my upper right buttocks. After several hours of tolerating the itching I checked the area in a mirror. I discovered a patch of red/pimple-yellow center looking things that evolved into a large area of bumpy raised skin (highly sensitive) surrounding the pimple area. I cleansed area with hydrogen peroxide and applied clometrozole
anti fungal cream (my dr had suggested that for an earlier fungal infection in the crease of my anus.
2 days later I have noticed no improvement and it seem to be growing slowly larger so last night I tried econazole anti fungal my dr had prescribed months earlier for toenail fungus - still no change. Recommendations - prognosis - treatment please.
