Occasionally I Get Chest Pain. Rapid Heart Beat. My Chest

Occasionally I get chest pain. Rapid heart beat. My chest pain is completely localized to one spot. Size of a quarter in the middle of my chest. I also get an achy left arm. Have had this before and when to the ER. They gave me Blood work and an ecg. Both came back completely normal. Symptoms come for two or three days at a time. Then are gone.
