Occasionally I Will Wear A Cock Ring To Last A

Occasionally I will wear a cock ring to last a little longer before sex. Last evening I had it on for @ 30 minutes prior to sex and had to urinate. I didn't think anything of the ring still being on, and when I tried to urinate it stopped. I presumed it was because of the ring. It stung a little bit and afterwards a little bit of pinkish blood came out. It's been intermittent today, sometimes pink and sometimes appearing as normal. Could this just have been a slight urethral tear and to take it easy for a bit?
