Oct. 26th I Had A Regualr Period... This Past Saturday

Oct. 26th i had a regualr period... this past saturday i started light bleeding which lasted for about 6 hrs. I had no signs on light bleeding from about 3am sunday morning until monday morning where the light bleeding continued. Last night it stopped for about 2 hrs and then came back like water trickling down my leg... the bleeding hasnt stopped. Im just concerned as this has never happened before. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
