October 27 Of This Year I Had Open Heart Surgery

October 27 of this year I had open heart surgery to correct an aortic anuerysm. Every now & then I get chest pains which seem to eminating from within the heart itself. In other words they're (the pains) different than what otherwise might be associated with tissue & skeletal soreness as a result of the surgery. About an hour & a half ago I had an episode whereby the pains came & went six maybe eight times over the course of twenty or so minutes. Afterwards I felt nautious to the point where I thought I may throw up. I didn't & all symptoms eventually subsided. The chest pains accompanied by the nautiousness had not occurred before. I seem OK now. Heart rate is now normal & BP is 117/63. I have an appointment w/ my cardiologist coming up on the 9th of this month. Should I be concerned?
