Off And On Over The Last Week My Heart Feels

Off and on over the last week my heart feels fluttery, head feels kinda foggy, and my hearing seems muffled with some ringing in the background. I feel "out of it", spacey, for maybe a few minutes, then it seems to go away. I am on pravastatin for over 6 months but in last 30 days went from 1 pill a day to 2. No other medications or known medical issues.
