Ok, Hi! I'm A Gynecologist Who Does General Medicine On

Ok, Hi! I'm a gynecologist who does general medicine on the side - mostly events, have thusly cared for lots of hippies with sore teeth and no dental care, as you know. Immediate question is this: My step daughter age 39, 7 months post partum, believes she has an infected wisdom tooth, and I'm guessing she is correct. She has nasal polyps and NSAID allergy, but is not allergic to Penicillin as far as I know. MY guess is Penicillin VK is still the preferred treatment.
Second question, how do I get a job like yours? Ha!
