Ok I Am A 20 Yr Old Male , Physically

Ok I am a 20 yr old male , physically active but the last 2 months experiencing extreme fatigue, at least 10 left sided headaches a week, now some lightheadedness, also have an appetite but losing weight quickly. 15 lbs in 4 weeks.My MRI showed multiple subcortical signal foci on th T2,T2 flair and the protein density images. more lesions on the left then the right. ??
