Ok I Am About 29 Weeks Pregnant And Have Been

Ok I am about 29 weeks pregnant and have been told not to even lift a gallon of milk between the pregnancy problems and my picc line....That's considered a weight limit right? My lines in the last have pinched and moved when I didn't listen to the nurse's even tho my doc said it was fine. Just looking for another I opinion.
