Ok I Have Been Noticing Freckles That Are New To

Ok I have been noticing freckles that are new to me, they are darker spread out not too many but very noticeable to me. They are flat not raised and some irregular in shape. Now I have been dealing with the medical issue for five months now.. I had back surgery the end of April. 2weeks later I had a major infection. Was started on long term antibiotics(am still taking them). My incision has n ever closed since my second surgery to clean out the wound. Thus I have a wound vac that has been in use to help close the wound. I just want to know what is going on
