Ok I have had a cholesterol test done. I am 63: results total cholesterol 5.12 hdl 1.19 trigs > 5.65 ratio 4.71 I try to follow a good diet. Unfortunately I live with hi stress levels due to domestic issues. How do u evaluate the results what suggestions do u have to help improve my condition
