Ok, I Have No STDs And Am Currently In A

Ok, I have no STDs and am currently in a loyal relationship. Recently I was on antibiotics for pneumonia and couldn't have sex (birth control) so we foreplayed (clit rubbing) instead the next day i felt as though maybe I was starting to experience symptoms of a yeast infection (specifically around my clit which hurt and itches) , took fluconase pill for it 4 days ago but symptoms haven't cleared up and I noticed today there's small pimple like bump right above my clit which is swollen and sore. What is this?
