Ok I Have Sack Like Balls With Big White Dots

Ok I have sack like balls with big white dots on them in my knose I have it all over my body in my mouth on my head and yellowish pus little white balls tons when I pop in my nose I have it on my head and my hair is falling out cause of the yellowish slimmy pus dries up into a hard wax clump I had this for awhile went to doctors 3times it feels buggy too please tell me something there like sacks in my nose
