Ok, I Just Had My Discogram Which Revealed L3/L4, L4/L5

Ok, I just had my discogram which revealed L3/L4, L4/L5 and L5/S1 were causing all of my symptoms and am facing fusion of 3 levels. I just wonder how long does the surgery take, how long do I stay in the hospital, After leaving hospital do I expect to be down (I mean really down, like bed or couch) for a couple weeks or couple months?
