Ok I Recently Quit Drinking Heavily....averaged A Half Gallon Of

Ok I recently quit drinking heavily....averaged a half gallon of Vodka daily and I am 32 yrs old. Recently I have found myself coming out of what had to been short daze's but as I'm trying to focus I cannot Remember where I am at all for at least 30 seconds. Any thoughts? Thank you so much !
