Ok I Went To The Doctor And He Said Had

Ok I went to the doctor and he said had strip throat but my throat feels fine and he said the bunch of tinny white dots that running from the top of my inter check is a infection from strip and I only thought you get that in the back of your mouth. And I has my first sexual in counter with a boy and ever sense I met the person I been having problems like my whole body been hurting getting yeast infection that won't go away and fungal on my tonguen which is gone now and I got dark blood vain inside my mouth and I been tested for aids and std and it came back negative and I go back in next mouth for my 2nd test
But doctors said they don't think I got anything and told me comeback in 3 months. Idk what it is
