Ok I Work For A 98 Year Old Female And

Ok I work for a 98 year old female and she is sleeping a lot through the day she doesn't have much energy and shes been coughing a lot and losing her breath when she starts coughing a little bit might be her getting a lot of anxiety but shes not eating much she said shes had the pneumonia vaccine but I'm worried about her having it at her age she usually gets around really well but she has been sick for about 2 weeks now and shes very stubborn about going to the doctor should I be worried about pneumonia
