Ok. Well I Took A Fall About Two Months Ago

Ok. Well I took a fall about two months ago just from a walking position but I hit hard and was carrying an object which I then fell on. Since then I have had extreme pain down the exact centre of my set for about one foot in length. Now I have had the flu since Sunday and the pain is so great I cannot move from a sitting to lying or standing pisitionwithout great pain I my chest and under my arms.
This is the most I'll I can remember being in decades and I'm scared as I have a lot if additional responsibilities psychotic all stress and challenges. Can you help me?
