Ok, For More Than A Year And Most Recently For

Ok, for more than a year and most recently for the past two months....I have had some intense tingling feeling up and down my left arm and shoulders, wrist and fingers. Some times it feels extremely numb and very nagging in pain. In addition to that, I have some a feelings of numbness on the same arm when I wake in the morning. I also have some amazing sharp pain in the heels of my feet at times and it feels uncomfortable to wear a shoe with some thick cushion or support in my heel area. Can you tell me whats going on with my body? Im 54 yrs old, African American without any health problems in my past. I don't have high or low blood pressure issues, no cholesterol high count or diagnosis of diabetes or heart trouble from the last physical and check up Ive had in the past year. Im 6'1 and weigh about 257 lbs, never smoked or drinked or have any know diseases or allergies. Very healthy all my life....but now the pain in my left arm and numbness that is always present concerns me....Could you give me some insight on this please?
