Ok I Was Prescribed An Antiboitic This Afternoon And Some

Ok i was prescribed an antiboitic this afternoon and some teslon perals for an upper respiratory infection and bronchitis. I took them and some mucinex as the md said to do and for the past few hours my stomach has been a mess of gas and have been in the bathroom four times with diahrea. Should i take the dose of the antibiotic as prescrbied for tonight. The issues i wne to the md for feel better but i feel miserble with my digestive issues.
