Ok My Left Arm The Inside Feels Weird Like It

Ok my left arm the inside feels weird like it is slightly burned but I do not have a rash it is like the nerves under the skin hurt very weird just started yesterday no rash but I have Ra and take Enbrel also I had a dry spot on my knows that I had byopsed and am using a prescribed cream on the tip of my nose that I started yesterday.
