Ok So I Have Some Sort Of Growth Problem. I

Ok so I have some sort of growth problem. I always had trouble with my right knee all my life and I'm only 23. Got keyhole surgery on it and I was told it will stop when I stop growing! Im 6'5" and only lately my left knee is starting to do the same and my left hip(groin area) is at it aswell. What could this be because I'm not getting the answers I need and the pain can be very sore and I constantly have swollen knees and bruises all over them from this happening?
