Ok So I'm Going For A Long Shot Here But

Ok so I'm going for a long shot here but I seem to be concerned

I have a small worm like figure on the shaft of my penis it doesn't hurt and doesn't have any color it's the same as my skin color.

It seems to be very hard and it's under the skin of my penis it doesn't bother me in any way it's just their and I don't really like it. I can physically grab it but I don't know what it is or if it is indeed part of my penis
It's a small thing only about maybe as big as a fingernail.
Can you help me
