Ok So My Aunts Tried "meth" For The First Time

Ok so my aunts tried "meth" for the first time and I looked up the side effects and she told me she said she has majority of them. She left Monday at 5am came back @5pm and said she was pukimh before she got back and that she felt sick. She told me what she did but I have no experience or nothing to do with stuff like that, she's really sick and idk what to do. She won't eat or sleep she never has since she got home that Monday evening she said her stomach hurts bad, her body's sore, she keeps blowing her nose and coughing up fglem she said it feel all stuff in her chest and there's "no end to it" coughing made her puke again she had a hard time so she stuck a toothbrush in her mouth to make herself puke up. I'm really worried is there anything I can do to help? She doesn't want me calling the ambulance or anything she doesn't want anybody knowing but me .
