Ok So My Question Is What Do U Think I

Ok so my question is what do u think I have I'm 13 prone to kidney infection and I have a strange pain in both kidneys witch never happens and im dizzy nausea I have irritation during urinated and I have a central pain in my abdomin I'm also tired weak pail and no clue what my tempatre is but I'm always cold please help this has been going on for about a week and still haven't been to the docters
