Ok So On Monday Night I Passed Out And Hit

Ok so on Monday night I passed out and hit my head I have a cut on my temple and since then I have been sick quite a few times and very lethargic (when usually im very active and have trouble sleeping) I'm pretty sure I know why I passed out but I cant be sure ... I'm 15 and not sure what to do.
