Ok Sometimes I Get One Pimple On My Pubic Area

Ok sometimes I get one pimple on my pubic area it pops up and its a little tender in a day or two then it fills with pus I popped it it smelled funny then it healed is this herpes or an abscess then I sometimes I get a rash on my inner thigh that is red at first then after get little boils it itches then It goes away for a long time away i looked it up I found that it looks like shingles can you help me
