Ok, This Is Kind Of Embarrassing But I Have Had

Ok, this is kind of embarrassing but I have had this pain in between my butt cheeks like directly under my tailbone. And I looked in the mirror a few weeks ago and noticed there was a small hole? It bleeds sometimes and I think also some pus. I am extremely nervous about it but I don't want to tell my mom about it. Are there any things I could to to get rid of it?
