Ok This May Be Dumb But I'm Searching For Answers.

Ok this may be dumb but I'm searching for answers. I was smoking marijuana a week ago and when I was stoned I realized pains in my breathing and I started freaking out. Then I passed out. I came to about 2 minutes later with my chest feeling like it was about to blow up. Idk what's wrong with me but I did think maybe it could of been pneumothorax. Or possibly worse. I don't have medical insurance yet so maybe you can direct me.
