Ok Well For The Past Six Months Ive Been Experiencing

Ok well for the past six months ive been experiencing hives. I get dizzy. Sweaty. Sometimes pass out or get really disoriented. Now I have these bulging veins for the past week that come and go. When they are bulging im experiencing tingling feelings in my hands and arms and pressure or tightness in my neck. It almost feels like something is tied around my upper arm cutting off my circulation. When they start going down I experience a really cold sensation. I have this dry cough all of a sudden. I haven't had a cold or anything. But ive noticed blood in the little phlem I cough up sometimes. And im extremely fatigued. Im 23 years old. A female. Had kidney stents when I was 19. But other than that don't even get so much as a cold ever.
