Ok well i will make this as quick as possible. My brother in law has pulmonary hypertension. Diagnosed 2 years ago. He is on oxygen but has it set to 10L per min or more but O2 wont go above 90 for 5 days and refuses medical help. He is having fits of rage, paranoia, and thinks no one is trying to care for him. He also has diabetes and always consumes sugar and uses his insulin almost 3 times a day. He is putting a mental strain on his family and is getting violent. I am at wits end and know this might make me sound bad but how long does he have.
