Ok Well This Is Kind Of Embarrassing But I Masturbate

Ok well this is kind of embarrassing but I masturbate probably about every night and for about 2 months i have had this pain that I get every day for like 30 minutes. This wouldn't bother me but it gets worse every day and I have some farts that are wet. Then i have been having diarrhea about 4 times a week and sometimes I'm constipated when I have to do that. I have told my parents about this but not about the masturbation. I really want to know what to do and what is going on.
