Okay I Have An Eating Disorder And I Purged And

Okay I have an eating disorder and I purged and was okay, but after awhile in my mid lower stomach I began having these sharp pains when I move and gets slightly worse when I use the restroom. I don't know what's wrong but I'm worried and I know it isn't my monthly because I haven't had one in over a year.
