Okay. My Boyfriend And I Engaged In Sexual Intercourse. I

Okay. My boyfriend and I engaged in sexual intercourse. I have the 3-year Nexplanon birth control implant. From time to time I randomly get an itchy lump at where the implant was inserted, but other than that I have no complications with it. I don't really have a "period" while having the implant. I may get spotting from time to time during my period week. I currently (4:14 pm on October 7th 2015) am having little pains near my implant. Reason is unknown. I recently gave blood on the friday before.
My boyfriend was using a condom(which contains spermicide) and after he "came" he pulled out and I believed we would be done, but for some reason he tried to put it back in. While trying to put it back in, he was barely inside of me when the condom ripped somewhere. We naturally panicked and he pulled out. All of his liquids were in his hand. There is no way to know if anything got inside of me, but I am stressing that some did and I might get pregnant. I am stressing so bad about this that I can not eat, I have cried in a few classes, and I've had anxiety attacks. Can you please tell me my chances of getting pregnant?
