Okay I Have Been Having Really Bad Stomach Pains. When

Okay i have been having really bad stomach pains. When push out my stomach to make it fat and when I suck in. I'm always hungry but I don't want to eat because my stomach hurts. I have been have migraines. My stomach makes a lot of noises like gurgling. And I feel constipated. I tried pooping today and my poop came out like semi big rock sizes. Before my period I was spotting and I thought I was pregnant. But then my period ended up coming. But this period was different because I had blood clots. And then when I stopped bleeding I still had spotting afterwards so I'm super lost. My left side hurts the most. And I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I smoke cigarettes and marijuana but I don't think that is the reason my stomach hurts. Also I have these weird burps
