Okay I Have Kind Of Been Sick Since Monday First

Okay i have kind of been sick since monday first i was just a sore throat then tuseday an wednesday i was a little congested with a sore throat Thursday morning i started having a cough not a bad one, sore throat was gone and no congestion in my nose any more Friday i felt fine, but i kind of started to lose my voice and today Saturday i dont have a sore throat or a cough but my voice is going away more an more and im wondering why..
