Okay, Last Year I Had A CT Scan And X-ray

Okay, last year I had a CT scan and x-ray on my butt area. I have a deep pain in my lower back butt area near the bone where the leg meets the pelvic bone. My doctor said she saw a few spurs nothing major. I was given any treatment. This year still with pain, my hips are clicking in the mornings when I first get up. What is it?
