Okay So April 21st Me And My Boyfriend Had Vaginal

Okay so April 21st me and my boyfriend had vaginal sex about 3 different times that night without a condom he ejaculated inside me every time. And everything was fine but then we tried this lubricant called chain reaction by Trojan with warming and cooling sensations and I put it on my vagina and it burned so i wiped it off right away. A few hours went by and my boyfriend wanted to try anal so we tried with the same lube expecting a different reaction and it burned for a little but it stopped and we continued for 10 minutes. A few days later i got these bumps around my rectum and then they blistered and now they’re lesions. Could this be herpes ? And if so why isn’t it on my vagina as well. We had sex vaginally more and he ejaculated inside me everytime. Wouldn’t that have been infected too?
