Okay So I Did A Shot Of Meth 3 Nights

Okay so I did a shot of meth 3 nights ago bit I missed the last few ccs and it got red at first because of the initial irritation, but subsided within the next few hours and for the past couple day I have just had an all over I'll feeling, just fatigued,with muscle stiffness in my neck and both a shoulders, and have had trouble urinating, and have had strange sensations on all my limbs as feeling too hot or too cold, but at the initial injection site there is no redness or swelling, or any indication of infection, theres no abscess or anything, its is very faintly bruised in and around the crook of my arm, no pain at then injection sight either, the needle I used was brand new, but I did have to poke around a bit before I was able to register, and all the I'll feelings have just come and gone each day: they don't feel like they're getting any worse... But with the swollen lymph node I notice under my right arm today, and I've had a lymph node in my neck swell up a lot but that subsided, and I've noticed swollen lymphnodes in my groin but just like everything else it subsided too: and I haven't been able to find anything online about what this could be... And one other thing is the first symptom that emerged was a rash that looked a lot like cellulitis: but it subsided as well, every known infection iv drug users can get all their symptoms are very persistent and quickly get worse, but this has just been off and on
