Okay So, I Haven't Been Able To Smell Anything For

Okay so, I haven't been able to smell anything for a couple of days because I have had a horrible cough and cold, and stuffy nose. I was cleaning my desk off in my office and my co worker was talking about how strong the smell was. I was using Mr. Clean Multipurpose Cleaner. So, it shocked me that I couldn't smell it. I opened the lid and inhaled a couple of few times and we kind of laughed that I couldn't smell it.. However, I happened to see on the bottle do not inhale.
Should I be concerned? I feel fine...just wanted to double check.
