Okay So I Haven't Had My Period Since The Beginning

Okay so I haven't had my period since the beginning of January. My boyfriend and I had unprotected intercourse on March 3rd, a few days after I had very light bleeding thinking it was implantation bleeding, but the next day (March 8th) I started my normal period up until March 12th. I took a few pregnancy tests just to be sure and they all came back negative. We then had unprotected intercourse on March 21st. I had cramps maybe 2 days after and thick creamy discharge, but neither since then. I've been having loose stools here and there, but nothing serious. I've also had a very large appetite, but I've been very picky on what I'd like to eat. Today I noticed that cigarettes now taste disgusting to me... To the point I don't even want to finish them. That's not normal. Is there any way I could be pregnant? I'm trying not to get my hopes up... I'm not having symptoms that I know of, but I'm still hoping that maybe just maybe I am pregnant.
