Okay So I'm 14 And Im Not Sexually Active. I

Okay so I'm 14 and Im not sexually active. I haven't got my period since the beginning of June and I'm regular and I have had it for 3 yrs. a few weeks ago there has been pain and brown and red discharge... And then it quit and nothing happened. And now the pain and stuff started again. I don't want to go to the gyno. So I don't know what to do
